    Agreed! Mullen also valued mobility, something that Trask hadn’t shown. So a career backup, pocket passer coming off of injury really isn’t Mullen’s ideal QB. Hell, everyone missed on Trask since his other offers were from McNeese State, Lamar and Houston Christian. Let that sink in all y’all haters. Lol

    and I think as the years goes on, folks will realize a Trask type doesn’t grow on trees. Another thing i think goes unnoticed is folks REALLLLY sleep on his 2019 season in the same breath of how folks sleep on the season Wuerffel had in 95. Since 2020 and 1996 upstaged the previous years, they go underrated

    It really is unfortunate as we didn’t win any championships and he didn’t win any individual awards of significance. If only we had an average defense.

    This exactly. Mullen wanted an Alpha leader and Franks fit the bill. Too bad his on the field performance was lacking. Trask’s injuries didn’t help either.

    Something needs to be done with this free for all. The old days of the grad transfer was just that…rent a player. We benefited from Ryan Smith and won a Natty. Now it’s rent a whole team and keeping your team from getting gutted. Whole new ballgame.

    A lot of individual awards are based on careers. We just didn’t get to see him enough. As great as KT was, we barely had him more than a season.

    That’s why Davis and Pierce had the same snap count? I mean there are tons of examples at the opposite your take lol. Stars had nothing to do with it

    All- This is my universal Merry Christmas post to everybody on this board and all of gator nation. You guys make the slow periods at work much better and keep me update with all the rumors that mostly turn out false but I love it. Thank you all and merry Christmas!

    Winner! I don't see any reason for a real gator fan to trash Ethan and his family. Just let it be and wish him luck. When the Pandora's box was opened, it's free for all. Ethan and Tarquin are just doing what they think is best for them.
    I'm no different. When I started seeing what the co. is paying these young new employees, I started weighing my own options as well.
