What percentage of kids enter the portal and then DONT transfer? I would think pretty small.

 

Very small. Cant recall an instance in football, but I’m sure it’s happened. Happened with several higher profile basketball players last year though, including some of our own.

 

He has been okay, and we need better than okay! It appears a lot are jumping ship because they had not bought in to the new coaching staff; and it may be the NIL $$ as well. Just not shedding a tear! Where the hell has pride gone? They don't seem to value playing in the Swamp in the orange and blue as much as a paycheck. I may be soon losing interest in college football as I have for the NFL.

 

You and I agree with each other. Paying a 2nd team all sec player much more value than we were offering another guy that’s not played college yet.

Nope, but Tarquin and White do trust me. That’s why this is happening. Same thing happened w Reeves in basketball. He tested market and Parsons helped make sure he stayed.

 

It’s happened multiple times already. One of the big QBs, that Missouri WR…another instance with 2 people from the same team withdrew. I Ofc can remember none of their names

Yes it is. And it is wrecking the game at an unbievable pace.

 

It will be interesting after all the bowls, CF playoff, etc when the same thing starts happening to all these other teams still in their season. People act like this is a UF problem. Wait and watch.

There will be plenty of back ups looking for starting spots, money, etc. We will have lots of opportunity to fill spots in January. Same thing after Spring ball depth charts wrap up.

Then CBN will be a great again, then we miss on a recruit in the summer and he sucks again, blah, blah, blah

 

He didn’t agree with Whit and Elksnis deciding to transfer during the season. Mentioned that they should finish what they started in the presser after he was asked.

 

Austin Reed was the QB that got an NIL deal to stay at WKU.

 

Very telling. Losing all conference players. Surprising to me, that a kid like White would transfer after clearly having best season. Have to think his Ol coaches and current staff have something to do with that.
