At this point, I'm all for CBN blowing up the team and rebuilding with a culture that he instills; hopefully a culture of effort, discipline, and being team oriented. It will take 2-3 ugly years. He will have "his guys" and, by that time, we'll know for sure if he can coach and acquire talent to be a top tier team. I'll stick with CBN as long as the product on the field is getting better every year. This year wasn't one of those years where we got better. I have thought to myself for awhile now that there is something really wrong internally with Florida football; whether it's coaching, the administration, the kids, or all three. The guys leaving now don't do anything to dissuade my suspicions.
Lol...get 2-3 ugly years around here...no way. Probably next staff will come in and half of the recruited guys leave and we get another rebuild. Something seems off because the o line was probably our best returning asset and now we are going to be scrounging for warm bodies. Things are not unfolding like we hoped.
Believe 20+ players leaving, 3 straight losses, 6-7 recruits lost to Miami Directly. Screen shot this … we eooo both agree that next year sucks anyway; I say 24 and 25 will also be a mess and then you can check me with this post if I’m wrong. Problem is when we knew it was bad with the last 3 staffs and had similar arguments… most of the pumpers disappear or go “I’ve been saying this all along “ lol This is not Napier’s fault btw- this is UAA: always has been. They care about doing it the right way and the all sports trophy. The only part of this mess I blame Billy for of the game management stuff.
What’s crazy to me is UAA and boosters are willing to pay millions for buyouts but not get in front of it and pay these players. We are only winning titles with bags.
Napier will just pluck new players from his Blue Chip Tree that he has planted in his backyard. No big deal, scared money, don’t make money! Brave money can’t score touchdowns in bowl games!
A 2-year starter enters the portal? Replace him with a freshman. The process may take longer than thought. Think about it.
Personally, I would rather stink than give out millions to high school recruits. College football is in a sad state.

Michael Tarquin and yes as we likely will not be able to replace an all sec starter like White and veteran like Tarquin.
TAMU is running neck and neck with us right now. LSU had a pretty massive exodus last year. Guess money doesn’t buy happiness after all.
Sad truth is this is a 6-7 roster again next year …major questions at QB I tend to buy into the insightful post that BNs plan was solid until NIL broke wide open and now they are in scramble/crisis mode I think the BN plan would’ve been solid in the old days of pure recruiting classes change programs. Those days are over
