OD deaths have increased markedly. I think the primary result of that is fentenyl, not only with its direct use but other drugs being laced with it.
FOX was indistinguishable from the other networks in sustaining the panic narrative. No matter the network we saw the same horrifying images night after night.
Hmm, that is strange. Because we had a spike in excess deaths, followed by a decline, and then another spike before the vaccines were even available. Like the type of thing that might happen with a contagious infection. Or I guess it could have been everybody panicked then many unpanicked and then repanicked right before vaccines killed people before they received it. Then stopped killing people right after receiving it. Excess mortality: Deaths from all causes compared to projection
Covid was undoubtedly a key contributor the past three years, but the decline began before that suicides and overdose a factor. A piece from 2018. CDC Data Show U.S. Life Expectancy Continues to Decline
Stands to reason as excess deaths remain staggeringly high. Including younger people. I’m not sure that war years were this bad.
Posted this in the thread on school immunizations. It may be even more relevant in this thread on life expectancy. People in Republican Counties Have Higher Death Rates Than Those in Democratic Counties During the COVID-19 pandemic, the link between politics and health became glaringly obvious. Democrat-leaning “blue” states were more likely to enact mask requirements and vaccine and social distancing mandates. Republican-leaning “red” states were much more resistant to health measures. The consequences of those differences emerged by the end of 2020, when rates of hospitalization and death from COVID rose in conservative counties and dropped in liberal ones. That divergence continued through 2021, when vaccines became widely available. And although the highly transmissible Omicron variant narrowed the gap in infection rates, hospitalization and death rates, which are dramatically reduced by vaccines, remain higher in Republican-leaning parts of the country. Can politics kill you? Research says the answer increasingly is yes. As the coronavirus pandemic approaches its third full winter, two studies reveal an uncomfortable truth: The toxicity of partisan politics is fueling an overall increase in mortality rates for working-age Americans. In one study, researchers concluded that people living in more conservative parts of the United States disproportionately bore the burden of illness and death linked to covid-19. The other, which looked at health outcomes more broadly, found that the more conservative a state’s policies, the shorter the lives of working-age people.
And in 2020, if NYC were a country, it would have had the highest Covid death rate in the world and New Jersey would have been #2. In fact, for many months, the far there away from NYC Metro you were the less likely you were to die. Of course I’m just playing the game. There is/was no Covid. No virus. No unique symptoms. No unusual autopsies.
Covid has killed far more people, but overdose deaths have killed a lot more young people. Both are big factors in declining life expectancy.
I wonder what the life expectancy for an American is when overdose and obesity deaths are removed from the equation.
Not saying a reason. But will refer again to Beat the Heart Attack Gene by Bradley Bale MD and Amy Doneen ARNP. Our country has become so unhealthy. And the food industry along with a majority in healthcare not focused on being disease detectives but treating symptoms as they come…we have a mess right now.
Iatrogenic deaths early and vaccine deaths exacerbating the usual winter burden of death ... April Was the Cruelest Month ⋆ Brownstone Institute
Hmm, so then why would excess deaths have spiked so much starting in November 2020, to a degree not seen in April 2020? Keep in mind that blaming that on vaccines will require vaccines to kill people months before they were available, which wouldn't really make sense without considering the possibility that time works backwards insofar as it involves vaccines. And blaming it on ventilators requires the stopping of their usage followed by the restarting of their usage to an even greater degree.
Deaths always increase late in year. You For starters, deaths always increase in November. Based on the modest winter burden of death in 2019-20, you might have expected a larger burden of death in 2020-21 if only due to “dry tinder.” Now add to that effects of panic, despair and, as of late December, vaccine rollout.
Can you point me to another November in which there was a spike in deaths to that degree? And there was a massive spike in deaths in 2020. So your dry tinder theory falls particularly flat. Even the summer saw increases, just to a much lesser extent, from expected deaths. But again, suddenly, panic, which went away somewhat during the summer, has a resurgence in November 2020?
You are certain that none other than a uniquely pernicious pathogen could have been responsible for ahistorical death patterns and highest in decades excess deaths. Whereas I am certain that we’ve never experienced this sort of panic before.
