Florida once had Tim Tebow, John Brantley (Gatorade poy?), and Cam Newton in back to back classes. Is that now considered too far in the past by some? lol!
We once had Brock Berlin, Rex Grossman in back to back classes by the HBC. Jesse Palmer was the incumbent QB at the time (?2000). Getting two great quarterbacks by Florida did happen once or twice before, lol!
Is it true that all 20 signees are enrolling next month? That's unprecedented. Huge advantage having them for spring practice.
What is wrong with Kevin Brockway? This is the Gainesville Sun headline: Florida football: Gators finish of 2023 recruiting class on a high note, landing QB Jaden Rashada Ignoring the obvious spelling error in the title, he goes on to say we had a strong recruiting class on "National Signing Day." Does he not realize this was early signing day and that we haven't "finished of" our class yet?
I thought Nape mentioned in his presser that EW3 was not enrolling early? Of the recievers only Maizell and Jean
I can't remember who but I thought I read at least one the of the signees schools doesn't allow early graduation.
He apparently enrolled, grey-shirted last year, and is now switching to TE under Napier. Napier saw him as the complete wrong body-type for OL and is converting him to TE. Will be a project, but, he's tall, very athletic, and has huge hands and basketball-based athletic skills.
Sounds great I just hate that we are now relying on a “project”. If we had got Platt, and then Tony surprised us all, I would be very happy with that. I assume we look into the portal for a TE tbh. Zipperer, Odom, keeter, boardingham, Livingston? Am I forgetting anybody? I’m high on Boardingham and I’m hopeful for Zip but if Napier wants to run 2 TE sets we need more
