That's allota caveats, but giving you those - my issue is with the OPs (mis)use of the quotes. Those quotes were presumably made in regards to how best to establish and run a fair and free government. The OP is using them as a way of rejecting any science that his "research" doesn't agree with (covid and AGW).

And yet, when he was in the majority, he decided what it means.

No. I want a leader that analyzes the data and leads. Glad I live in Florida!

No, you want a leader that analyzes your data. Not the data.

Fair enough. You're looking at it as a singular example and I'm looking at it more in general use.

Ah yes, Florida, famous for its data analysis in driving public policy. No doubt DeSantis is pouring over spread sheets as we speak.

If the big adversity in your life is having to endure shitty public health policy, you should be jumping for joy not crying for years like a little bitch

He is likely having experts advise him this week like he has had done since being governor. So you are probably right to a point.

That's not analyzing the data, that's listening to someone else's summation and deferring to their judgement. Quite literally what everyone in government does, including the people that listen to Fauci or people you hate.

Enduring shitty public health policy should be the only common experience Americans have to bind us together in this so-called developed nation, instead you get idiots arguing over Fauci vs. Horsepaste or who wants to eat the most poison in the name of freedom.

Good grief…that is how you analyze the data/information/measures/however you want to define it. And then lead accordingly.

Listening to your hand chosen advisors is not analyzing data, its just someone giving you bullet points of their analysis (assuming they themselves analyzed anything, which they probably didnt, they are simply another middleman who has looked over someone else's briefing passing it up the ladder). Me posting an article here is the equivalent of "analyzing data" the way you are laying it out here.

    Majority of the people.

Any time a group of more than one person decides something, it’s decided by some majority or plurality of some specific group of people.

In this context, Scalia is obviously referring to “the people” when he talks about a majority considering that the Supreme Court is not a direct representation of majority (of people) opinion and it’s not supposed to be.

Oh I know what he was saying, its just that its nonsensical and contradictory like all conservative thought. An unaccountable court majority representing nothing deciding your rights and what the constitution means very cool and legal, somehow a plurality of all people deciding anything - very scary and tyrannical! Really illustrates the authoritarian and hierarchical mindset inherent in conservativism.

Q has the unique ability to take any topic and relate it to COVID and vaccines.

The obsession with me and Covid is kind of funny. I certainly engage in topics that interest me. And the damage of Covid is one that I am convicted on. Abortion is another I typically engage on. But because someone asks can you be more specific and I respond with a "?" and then provide two examples which are obviously going to be front and center you can only come up with me and Covid.

Hopefully you will take the time to actually question public health and Covid. Because the consensus caused generational damage as we had a leader that hid behind what was the wrong way to proceed.

You have been convicted by this board, and we hereby sentence you to not post about Covid anymore

Good to know some are so blinded by propaganda they refuse to question things.

The antithesis of science no less!
