Shouldn't be all that surprising even Tucker's own employer admits that no reasonable person can believe him.
You Literally Can't Believe The Facts Tucker Carlson Tells You. So Say Fox's Lawyers
Implicitly the network is admitting that it's success is based on its reliance on gullible low information viewers.

How do you feel about his own employer calling him out?

It doesn't really move my needle because I don't take anything he says (or any other noticeably biased pundit) with any legitimacy.

No question that Media Matters is solidly on the left, but Carlson is a pretty prime candidate, don't you think?

I didn't see a list of MM's past winners, but I know that it named Chris Matthews one year. Didn't many/most conservatives claim he was on the left?

Politifact's most recent factchecks on Carlson:

See that's my point. I don't have to agree or disagree with the call. It's not about what team or the other says what to rile up one side and piss off the other. It's about knowing where the facts are about a situation or an issue, thinking for oneself and forming one's own views and opinions instead of letting these hacks on both sides of the aisle tell you what your views should be. They're about manufacturing outrage to make money, nothing more.

So to short answer your question of agree or disagree, how about "who cares because it doesn't mean anything."

It does matter, though. He's the #2 "news" show on cable (behind "The Five") so a lot of people are lapping up disinformation. Congrats to you for not taking him seriously but it appears a lot of people do...

Quoted Media Matter concerning a Fox pundit.
    That's Gold Jerry, Pure Gold!!!!!!
If you ever take the time to listen to Tucker, most of what he says there is truth in it. He just always takes it to the worst possibly conclusion for the side he doesn't agree with. He is really quite intellectual and has a very deep knowledge base, he just always draws conclusions that are hard to follow and based in his theory on a specific outcome.

Congrats, you've pinpointed the problem. A lot of people are lapping up disinformation on both sides. Neither side has a monopoly on stupidity. A quick movie quote that rings true here: "a person is smart, people are dumb, panicky dangerous animals and you know it."

And you really have a problem with someone (Media Matters in this case) pointing out that someone who alternates between having the most watched and second most watched show on cable, who draws millions of viewers each night, routinely dispenses falsehoods just to drive ratings and to split the country apart? Who makes up crap so his viewers will other Americans or residents as their enemy?
    It just shouldn't be mentioned?

You're looking at the symptom, not the disease. I don't care about one biased website calling out one biased partisan hack. I do care about the big picture. I do care about the sweeping reform that's needed in both our government and the media. Term limits, the elimination of PACs and corporate interest bribery, the things that actually matter and likely won't happen because people are too wrapped up in the finger pointing to vote out the causes.

That's fine. I get it. You want to talk about something else. Again, that doesn't mean Media Matters or anyone shouldn't point out falsehoods and hate speech that's being fed to millions every night because, no offense, you want to talk about term limits and PACs.
Yes, too much time and energy is spent pointing fingers at the other side. But falsehoods and hate speech do hurt this country.

Nah, one side is far more susceptible to the misinformation than the other. There is no equivalent on the left to the stolen election lie. And there's no equivalent on the left to Tucker Carlson either.

We've had the partisan crap-flinging "which side is worse" conversation before. No need to again. It's like arguing over which of two crazies is more psycho. At the end of the day, they're both still crazy.
