Why would 2 seniors come to a location to battle it out for one last year? They can go to the highest bidder at this point . We aren’t taking 2 qbs in this portal .. I’ve been the biggest Napier supporter but this one here has me scratching my head. If this team is less then 8-4 next year Napier is going to have a hard time keeping that seat from getting real hot

 

We will be lucky to be 8/4 and I wouldn’t be surprised if Brown or Miller were leaving.

My mother’s side of my family is all from Wisconsin. They all went to UW. I have heard nothing but bad things about Mertz for the past two seasons.

Maybe he resurrects his career here, but I’m not excited about this news.

 

Practice Squad filler. We won't depend on him anymore than we'll see Max Brown. Not excited, but, also not concerned if this happens. We have plenty-o-schollies. Remember, Kitna put us in this position instantaneously and Richardson left after his sophomore year.
