This game was tough for sure. I was optimistic that things may get better next year, and they may still. But I was aghast at how unprepared it seems this team was today.
Good God I hope so. I'm not one to be overly critical, esp. early in a coach's regime, but this sucks. We beat zero rivals. We had a LOSING record. Our team looked like crap for most of the season. It's worse than the late 80s when I was an undergrad and we had Galen Hall.
No. We still have hope for CBN. He still has the chance to turn it around If this was Y3 then it would be = to the collapses of our previous coaches and would be rock bottom.
Just think, some folks paid $ to go to that game. At least they can get a good meal in a Vegas resort afterward.
When you make a series of bad hires and take your foot of the gas this is what it gets you. BN has his work cut out for him. I hope Gator Nation gives him time.
They had one sit out We had 30 cast offs But, We showed the same breakdowns and play calling tendencies we did all year. Never thought we would win, but we were freaking embarrassed way too many times this year. Coach needs to dig really deep and rehab the rebuild before spring.
