For some dumbazz reason the let the defensive line simulate a start by shifting to one side or the other. UGA does that a lot, and they need to change the rule. It's designed to cause a false start and it's bush-league to allow that to continue to be legal.

 

I’m a Napier fan, but that decision was inexcusable.

I don't really like this argument since we lost to Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and squeaked it out vs USF. Do you think we have less horses than Montana State or Colorado, who managed to score 28 and 9, respectively?

The coaching staff needs to make some real big changes to how they're doing things real quickly or we'll fall into an almost unrecoverable position with NIL as talent concentrates more and more at the top.

I think they are capable, but we'll see if they make the right decisions. And no I don't claim to know what the best decisions are.

 

Offsides has become our 'play of the day'...the only real yardage. Backwards, but heck, at least it's moving the sticks!!!

At this pace Billy might need to up his game. Patience will run out. It's gonna take some real generational folding money to fix all this...

When your team loses like this - or loses in general - fans take pride in many things. Including a national best streak. It matters to hardcore fans. Casual fans don’t care or pay attention. Many fans do care about streaks.

If these guys were faster stronger and more athletic that still doesnt overcome poor coaching an execution.

In fact (in this game) they are measurably bigger, stronger, and faster. Poor coaching, poor play calling, and poor execution.

Napier will NEVER have so much of a talent advantage to overcome these deficiencies. Even with top 3 recruiting classes. The actual football part of the job has been very historically bad this year
