Arrived in Las Vegas today. Walked down the strip for dinner. Have yet to see anyone wearing either Gator or Beaver clothing.
I'll be there with my fellow alumnus tomorrow at 730am. I won't be walking the strip though with that frigid cold.
The good thing about the game start time is you have the whole evening to enjoy Vegas. Have fun after the game, even if you just experience the scene, watch people and have a beverage or two.
Yes, and if you're looking for a Vegas-themed whiskey, check out Smoke Wagon. They are a distillery in Vegas that sources their juice (from a reputable brand) and ages it there in the desert. Their uncut and unfiltered is best, but the small batch ain't bad. Try it with one cube.
Pisses me off lol I just got back from Vegas last Friday I was out there visiting my mom and grandparents who lived there for like 35 years. Spend a week out there midway through I learned that our gators are playing in the Las Vegas bowl should have done my vacation a week later
