This is really it in a nutshell.

It wouldn't surprise me if Richardson goes late in the first round and it also wouldn't surprise me if he goes undrafted.

We rag on Blaine Gabbert and yet our own Kyle Trask can't unseat him as the backup yet AR can be worthy of a 1st round pick? I mean I'm obviously rooting for him but I just don't get it. NFL windows are ridiculously tight. Defenses make adjustments and shut players down. Tua looked unstoppable and now looks pedestrian again. There are fewer Successful starting NFL qbs than there are almost any other specialized professional in any other field. One of the toughest positions to be successful at in the world

Love Trask (and most former Gators) but the difference is that what we saw in Trask's senior year was pretty much his ceiling. He's an accurate passer with a slightly below average arm for the NFL. I also remember groaning whenever he was forced to run because he could be caught from behind by grandmothers with walkers.

AR will arrive with one of the strongest arms in the league and also be one of the 3 or 4 fastest QB's.

I imagine there will be at least one GM that will rather be wrong and waste a rookie contract than be more wrong and have to try to defend him for the next 10 years (if he ever gets the accuracy worked out, and hopefully he does).

I think you all are going to be very surprised on how good AR does in the NFL. People wonder why he left for the NFL!! Y’all are so negative toward the dude, I don’t blame him!

I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised if he does. Being realistic isn't being negative but ok. AR is truly an elite athlete but his NFL success as a QB would be an outlier of the most extreme examples at this time. Using that context isn't being negative. Respectfully

Our offense this year produced incredibly tight windows. Many NFL offenses will provide greater windows. Although the timing will be more important + schemes more complex.

Also AR is a much better prospect than Trask. If your goal is to eventually win a SB you’d much much much rather take AR in the mid first than Trask 15 picks later.

Some have sure but many have not. The nfl speculation has been tiresome but again, I see a lot of people praising his character and his potential but also being constructive in their criticism. Now some other social media have been their usual grange selves about it...

I'm not saying Richardson is without faults, but watching a lot of our games it was evident we were often asking him to make really difficult throws. That isn't to say the NFL is always easier, but coaches work really hard to get as many easy looks as possible. I don't feel like we were doing that.
