This is just sad news. Prayers sent to coach Leach and his entire family. May GOD be with you on this next journey. R.I.P., Mike Leach... you were an original, and you will be missed.
When Arizona fired Mike Stoops, Leach openly lobbied for the job. But he was considered too toxic, and we hired RichRod instead. Ironic, since RichRod was fired for off field issues. Too bad too, because if Leach could win in Waco and Pullman, he would have done great in Tucson. Leach is an original, and as genuine as they come. A little off kilter, but aren't we all? Also a fantastic football coach. Even though I'm not a WSU fan, hated when he left the conference. He makes whatever school and conference he's at better. He will be missed, for sure.
I don’t understand why we die. Life is a brief tour with friends and family and then you’re shown the door. RIP Coach Leach. Prayers to his close friends and family.
I really like having a personality like Leach in the SEC and he's a damn good coach. Hoping the best for him.
Bill Snyder seems to be the only one "reporting" this. Everywhere else he is still in critical condition. Not sure if you can trust the blue check mark next to Bill Snyders name on Twitter, so maybe not even him?
As one who survived a similar situation. I wish that my saying where there is life there is hope sounds more hopeful.
Reading all the supporting tweets from head coaches all over the country and the SEC.....but where is the one from Billy Napier? I didn't see one from him nor even one from Florida Football. I'm sorry if this seems negative but it's very dissapointing.......
