I was fortunate enough to be there for the Lawrence Wright hit and the 97 game.

Seeing these young bucks only talking about games from recent years as loud is a reminder as to how much time has passed since those spurrier years but I'll add my commentary that no one asked for.

91 fsu was as intense a game from beginning to end that's been played at the Swamp. Only comparison and it may be a draw is 97 fsu. Matthews to Houston was a mad house and so was Del Speer taking out Matt Crier as the ball fell just out of his reach on the last play. Underrated game in Gator history. Doesn't get enough mentions.

Larry Kennedy pick 6 in 1991 was loud. Payback game for road loss the year before and the unfathomable sign the UT student section held up during the game. One of the most tasteless classless acts to this day.

93 fsu. Jack Jackson juggling touchdown catch to get back in it. Also the prior 2 downs to the clip that sprung Dunn to end the comeback.

94 Hambrick Pick 6 before half against the dogs in the Swamp.

95 Tennessee. Several turnovers to choose from that led to eruptions from the crowd hut we all know nothing tops Wright rearranging Kent's face.

97 Tony George pick 6 on Payton Manning. Was there for this one too and it was loud.

97 fsu. Referees for the game stated on recorded they never took part in a more intense game. They said the crowd would just explode for a 5 yard pass like it was a touchdown and it's true. We expected fsu would annihilate our QB since we had significant offensive issues that year and they were the best defense in the country. Just having time to throw was a surprise so even short gains were cheered. They barely laid a hand on Doug and Noah and recorded no sacks. Not sure what was the loudest but "green's behind the defense", Fred's 20 yard scamper to the 1, his following 1 yard touchdown or Dwayne Thomas interception to seal the win were all incredibly loud.

2004 the swindle had many moments. Cheers and boos.....

2006 Reggie nelson pick 6 in another payback game for the year before.

2006 cock block. Right there with 91, 97 for loudest ever.

2008 lsu had moments. Harvin for the opening td was pretty loud.

    Grier to Calloway

    Franks to Cleveland

    Burrow pick 6

Perine breaks it outside for 80 and a td

    All incredibly loud moments.

Early 80s were just a hair before my time so while I was around, I wasn't old enough to appreciate or experience USC and a few other games that might make mention.

Damn straight Bobby. And I was there. I was saying to my sister I can’t believe we’re even in a position to win this game. And then…..

When the catch was made, it was loud. When Powell made the block and AC stepped into the clear, it went to another level. When he crossed the goal line the fans found yet another gear.

Alex Brown's 5 sacks against UTeeth was loud the whole time. I guess because they were defending champs that year and there were a lot of UT fans in attendance. I remember the look on their face every time Brown sacks Martin.

That game was amazing. I remember when we stopped Jamal Lewis behind the line of scrimmage how the place melted down.

Another great moment even though we lost the game was the FSU game later that year. They were #1 and we were #3 I think, and in the 3rd quarter we had a pick-6 to pull into the lead. Man that was nuts, even though it was a long shot for us to win that game.

Right after we had the ball on the 1 and ended up kicking a field goal

Then we we had a shot to tie they missed that blatant PI on D Jackson. We really should have won that game

Yeah they were both that year. I also remember sitting in some horrible traffic and listening to the entirety of the Citrus Bowl on the radio all while moving a total of 200 feet in 3.5 hours.

    Correct.

Should have won in 98 and 2004. So many frustrating games with them.

I remember an end zone sack that should have been a touchdown for us in 98. Something to that effect. Same game Tony George got thrown out for the pre game brawl.

Stewart interception of Burrows for TD and win versus LSU

Perine TD run versus Auburn to secure that win

Those were the two recent incredibly loud fan moments from games I attended. Fans always get loud to help D, but those were loudest eruptions for a specific play recently

That tennessee game might have been the loudest game from beginning to end. Just sustained noise.

The early 80's did have loud moments but the Swamp got stupid loud once the North Endzone was built up.
