there are several variations on what people call "yellowtail" I think you may be eating a yellow tail snapper when you eat Sushi but i'm not sure. I could also be a variety of tuna
It’s getting to where it’s not worth leaving the dock. We Scamp fish. It’s four per person but there not much else you can keep most of the year.
I am going to cut back on my offshore because of the regulations and the lack of fish I still get a few but your right not worth leaving the dock
Scamp, a box full of mingos, and whatever is else is open whatever time of year. We troll for a few hours and then deep drop for yellow edge and snowy grouper. And we come back in and Scamp fish for a while and maybe put a few mingoes in the boat if we don’t have a box already
Open only in the summers. Gator, himself, was quite colorful. I used to go back in the kitchen with Gator and Pops and chew the fat. Definitely Icons of Milton.
Might have been a little of that to it - very slightly sweet but not too much - seemed to have a hint of coconut to it. Sauce is so good I slop the rice through it and literally clean the plate
