The post grad service commitment and difficulty obtaining exemptions to play in NFL after graduation (postpone service commitment) make it difficult to attract top talent. NIL program differences and easing of transfer rules at other programs makes it even more difficult to recruit to a program that is more challenging to leave
They ran the flex-bone that he learned from Paul Johnson....its an option offense that can really thrive if there is a stud at WR. Its a little old-fashioned though and hard to recruit players to play in the system since they are all planning on playing in the NFL and the NFL doesn't run option offenses. Interestingly, Army runs the same O (Coach also was at Ga Southern like Paul Johnson).
