Ok guys..I know we are disappointed tonight..but I think we need to calm down and not be so over the top negative...our guys are trying and doing the best they can against an undefeated #5 ranked team..so can we try and give our coach a chance to be here longer than a minute before condemning him and our team as well as our athletic program?

Wife thinks Golden is in over his head and that reliance on analytics are the problem.

 

It’s not the result that worries me, it’s the quality of the play. Our players look like they are playing a pick up basketball game on half of their possessions.

I think I am going to scream if I hear that term :analytics " one more time..lol.

 

we did go to the line a lot more than them but only made 18-28. Just shoot average from floor and line and we’re in it. A lot due to their D, but we missed plenty of open shots too.

 

I think the coaching is there... however, I also think these guys need more time in TG's system and coaching tutelage. At least, that is what I'm telling myself...

 

Will Richard is a pretty darn good shooter but if they don’t run any plays to get him some shots, he’s ineffective.
