Exactly. As long as Oregon State is not as highly ranked as Vanderbilt, we'll be fine. I'm thinking 400+ yards passing, maybe 45 points.
Watching Michigan blow through Ohio State everyone in the box defense, twice, brought back painful memories of the Bus running wild that sugar bowl. I was actually there.
I meant was Darnell the ND defensive coordinator. A quick google search reveals he was. So that's a funny squaring of the circle- no wonder he was so motivated to beat us. And we weren't too motivated at all because New Orleans, I guess.
JMO, Lou Holtz and Darnell took advantage of Spurrier's insistence on passing in that game. I believe if we had run predominantly more, we win going away. If you remember, our oline that year was superb. Spurrier just had to "I think we can hit a little quickie to Aubrey..." pass to try to prove his offense could not be stopped. Also, we took injuries that night at ILB and ended up playing Kevin Freeman and Greg Diamond there with T Paulk, E Robinson, and C Miles dealing with not being up to par. And yep, The Bus consequently had a field day that night. Spurrier won us many games with great coaching, and that night, he lost us that game entirely.
A good get would be Jeff Sims from Georgia Tech. See the remarks of Craig Haubert in the link. Transfer portal takeaways: Best available, potential QB fits and biggest questions per conference
Didn't happen, not happening. 3 things. Came back for this: "I will always be a gator" from his decision as posted on Twitter, wearing Orange and Blue: ALSO, he attended the Football banquet where he was honored (last night) 3rd and last - his Twitter account as of 12/9 has him in orange and blue. 79,000 followers on Instagram - he is in orange and blue as of 12/9 at 11:53 a.m. His .com has gator orange and blue all over it today (12/9). AR knows Kitna f'ed up and that has nothing to do with his brand or the gators brand NOT CUTTING TIES AT ALL.
