"That makes me smart" . . . . said the corrupt tax cheat, whose business was just found guilty of criminal tax fraud.

More classified documents/things found at storage unit in WPB - by trump lawyers. At least this bunch of lawyers is doing real due diligence.
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2022/12/07/trump-tower-bedminster-records-search/
Lawyers for former president Donald Trump found at least two items marked classified after an outside team hired by Trump searched a storage unit in West Palm Beach, Fla., used by the former president, according to people familiar with the matter.

The search was one of at least three searches conducted by an outside team of his properties for classified materials in recent weeks, after they were pressed by a federal judge to attest they had fully complied with a May grand jury subpoena to turn over all materials bearing classified markings, according to people familiar with the matter.
Emails released by the General Services
Administration, which assists former presidents during their transition to private life, show that the government agency helped rent the storage unit at a private facility in West Palm Beach on July 21, 2021. The unit was needed to store items that had been held at an office in Northern Virginia used by Trump staffers in the months just after he left office.

The ultimate significance of the classified material in the storage unit is not immediately clear, but its presence there indicates Mar-a-Lago was not the only place where Trump kept classified material. It also provides further evidence that Trump and his team did not fully comply with a May grand jury subpoena that sought all documents marked classified still in possession of the post-presidential office.

If any of us who are actually below the law did this we would already be in lock up. Mr. Above The Law skates.

throw another log on the fire. I had not heard of this one before. The Trump clan promoted what was clearly an illegal pyramid scheme while taking payments that they hid.

At some point in the near future I can see DT filing personal bankruptcy after he moves all assets out of his name. It would seem prudent that some judge appoint an executor like they did with that pos shockjock Alex Jones to prevent assets from being hidden

Trump lawyers' bid to delay trial over "pyramid scheme" lawsuit just backfired on his 2024 campaign (msn.com)

A federal lawsuit accusing former President Donald Trump and his family of promoting a pyramid scheme will finally go to trial on Jan. 29, 2024 – at the start of a presidential election year.

The lawsuit, which was anonymously filed in Oct. 2018, alleges that the Trump Corporation promoted a multi-level marketing scheme — or a pyramid scheme — through the company ACN Opportunity, LLC, which operates under the name American Communications Network, Law & Crime reports.

The four plaintiffs claim that Trump should be held liable for lending his and his children Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump's names to a pyramid scheme that broke state and federal laws around "racketeering and conspiracy to racketeer."

Trump Family Legal Woes Are Now an International Problem (msn.com)

The Trump family's legal problems are going international as a result of a new lawsuit filed by environmentalists in Ireland.

Friends of the Irish Environment (FIE), a non-profit group seeking to ensure proper implementation of environmental law in the country, sued TIGL Ireland Enterprise Limited—the company behind former President Donald Trump's Irish hotel and golf course—over a coastal fence that environmental activists claim will cause irreversible damage to protected grounds.

Although Trump resigned as the director of the Irish company after saying he "couldn't care less" about the resort in Doonbeg, County Clare, his two eldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, remain as directors of TIGL. The Trump family and the former president's company are already at the center of a number of ongoing lawsuits in the United States.

High Court proceedings were initiated on Wednesday after FIE claimed that the construction of the fence in front of the dunes at Doughmore Strand would cause "profound and irreversible environmental damage."

House Democrats introduce legislation to bar Trump from office under 14th Amendment (msn.com)

Agroup of 40 House Democrats, led by Rep. David Cicilline (R.I.), introduced legislation on Thursday to bar former President Trump from holding future federal office under the 14th Amendment.

Section 3 of the amendment states that no one who previously took an oath to support the Constitution and engaged in “insurrection or rebellion” shall “hold any office, civil or military, under the United States.”

Cicilline said in a release announcing the legislation that Trump “very clearly” engaged in an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021, with the intention of overturning the results of the 2020 presidential election.

What do you want to bet the recordings are him whining about having the election stolen.

"No one has had it as hard as me."

    "There was no collusion."

"I prefer heroes who don't get captured."

"My health bill will come out in 2-weeks."

I will soon be selling a Trump-a-Dump doll. The doll is a foot tall and looks exactly like our greatest president. It comes with a small throne (AKA toilet bowl) made out of solid gold and a jar of silly putty. It’s expensive, but so worth it. Pricing to follow. There will be a 15% discount for regular members of Gator Country, but the discount increases to 30% if you are one of the 3,000 members of Gator Country that I have blocked.
