Tradition is based on how old you are, most over 35 Gators would tell you the Orange pants on the road are tradition, those over 55 would say it's white, those younger would say blue.
We should go to alternatives when Bama does which will be NEVER! I am so glad that CBN did traditional. It should be our trademark and that is it! It's the body inside the uniform that counts. Just my opinion!
2006 Bama game! Look how young TT looks! Throwbacks to what SOS wore! Wore them at 2019 Auburn game too. These are awesome but the alternates I can't stomach.
We are an 1.5 tops in any direction to the beach…. My point was… we are more influenced by the beach, fun in the sun etc than say … our landlocked SEC neighbors who maybe have more reason to be traditional
I do like the white lids on blue jersey with white pant combo. The script Gators white helmet. I also love the throwback version. I like one orange jersey game as an 80's kid.
Good thing UT wore orange helmets tonight. Man, their players were so hyped for the game and to wear those awesome orange helmets they forgot to beat SC and cost their program a playoff berth. Wonder if they’re blowing up on social media now?
As long as they don't tell me what to wear in the stands, I could care less what they wear on the field. If it's 120 degrees in the stands and they tell me to wear black, I'm not in. If we're playing UK and they tell me not to wear blue, I'm not in because orange is not my thing. Just win, baby!
You might care if they decide that red/black or ketchup/mustard was the new "it" color combo and decked themselves out in uni's like that.
