I see a lot of kids who were promised the world, coming out of HS. Paid more than their worth, cashing in, then jumping in the portal and expecting a similar payday. Not happening. It’s a shame.
It’s easy to find a home on a lesser team. When you get kicked through the portal on a crap team, it’s over. need a qb that uses tight ends and rb’s in the passing game.

Not on Qb. If head coach wanted them used he’d use them. On tight ends they were not pass catching threats this year.
I don’t think that’s what happening 90%+ of the time. This particular year, there is massive amount of players with an extra COVID year that are riding the pine. A RS sophomore, for example, is in his 4th year. If a guy like that ain’t playing, then it’s time to move on for the sake of both the player and school.
