He’s been gone today since the day he signed his LOI. 3 seasons then bolt. That was always the plan. 3 seasons then bolt.
AR = Trey Lance Some GM will fall in love with his measurables and have the hubris to believe his organization can coach him up. Time will tell on AR
Argument or not, he’s a bad example. Guys like Bennet stay around because they don’t have a better option. If he was projected to go first round last year, do you really think he would have come back? Since we’re using Georgia players, Nick Chubb is maybe a good example? Those types of players have been rare since long before NIL and the portal.
I am glad he's moving on. He had little desire to be here this year and it cost us a couple wins. His accuracy is poor. And his mental fortitude is also questionable. I hope he finds great success at the next level, but I got serious doubts about that.
Havent read the thread. The dude cant throw to open guys. How will he fit it in tight windows? What are these guys thinking?..
I’m glad he was a gator and wish him well. I do. But. He will kill a team who drafts him. Picked too soon and paid too much to learn. Contract comes up and have to pony up or let him walk. Kinda what he’s doing today. An athlete who may always have potential. Will get folks fired. No thanks.
I think you mean the Wonderlic. What was Marino's score? I'd tell you what my son scored on it but you'd think I'm lying. I'm very interested in AR's Wonderlic score once posted. Vince young scored a 6. A perfect score is a 50. An average score is the mid 20's.
He was a total disappointment. I expect more from a University of Florida starting Quarterback then the minimal effort he showed. The body of a Tebow but with the leadership qualities of a wet blanket. Good riddance.
52% passer. Lost half his games. Lost to Kentucky and Vanderbilt. Lost to every rival we have. Won’t be missed here. It’ll be fun watching him crash and burn in the NFL.
