You think he'd want to leave if he's successful?

Count me in the "crash and burn" camp. Not necessarily his fault, but I don't see Colorado keeping up with NIL landscape or paying adequate wages to a top tier staff. Also, no matter the rhetoric about earning it, his son will be the QB. It probably will be hard to attract a solid QB recruit.

Good. Hope he loves the great northwest and stays away from Florida

If i was a player I'd definitely consider Boulder....or University of Washington. Both are gorgeous campuses. But not sure how they compete NIL wise. Maybe some of that money from Coors.

Boulder is beautiful - and if you take the windy 2-lane up the mountain to Nederland you can be transported back to 1968 and be a hippie again

Seriously doubt that the series will even happen now with Playoff and SEC expansion.

Boulder isn't what one would call racially diverse....its not Denver. Perhaps that might be a little of what has held it back over the years.

Yep, i'd agree 100% on this. But Colorado is slowly becoming more diverse so who knows.

Saw that in the Oregon thread as well. Is there a school that doesn't have hot coeds?

i thought his first address to the team was great. these players are coming off a 1-11 season. he kept it real with them. he's about to flip the roster asap and he's bringing some dogs with him.

wish Jackson state would have played a big boy team this season for a comparator.
AR would have won the Heisman if he played at Jackson State.

So apparently he is not a dummy and can coach at least a little bit, but how many people would absolutely love to see him and his big mouth go 0-12 next year. I know at least one that would.

Naturally, plenty of people are rooting for him to fail. Polarizing figures like him have people who love him and some who hate his guts. Just comes with territory.

He kept it real and brutally honest with them, as he should. I thought folks liked it when authority figures "tell it like it is" and don't coddle the feelings of young people, I guess they just don't like it when it comes from Deion lol.

im fairly sure jsu would've been wiped out. mostly due to the lack of size in the line of scrimmages. doesn't diminish what deion accomplished at jsu, but they would get demolished vs power 5.
