How does it not? The right to privacy is a basic right protected by our constitution that is the framework of our democracy.

Again, Im not speaking about the fall of the republic.

It must be difficult living as a persecuted Christian in America. You remind me of that guy Bill Donahue with the Catholic league. Grievances everywhere

He didn't call to suspend any parts of the Constitution. He said the actions disclosed in #Twittergate were so severe that they might cause "the termination of all the rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution." It was a warning, not a suggestion. It's interesting to see it so quiet here on #Twittergate. Lots of good stuff coming out.

You are conflating differences in policy and threats to democracy. It is not a threat to democracy if an elected city council decides that trans people can utilize a bathroom and you disagree. It is a threat to democracy to have somebody try to overturn the election with no evidence of actual malfeasance or to say something like the Republican Candidate to head elections in Nevada said about Republicans never losing once he and those like him got elected.

See, thats where you are wrong. Try reading. I support the fact that the constitution is sometimes at odds with my faith. Yet I do not seek to rip it up.

My argument about the baker has always been an (artistic) expression issue. Check my posting history on it. I do find his religious freedom and his 1st amendment right to expression was violated.

I have pointed out a couple issues. From that you get that I feel "persecuted" ?

Yet another effort by posters like you to silence others.

I feel no persecution and am one of the happiest carefree people you will ever meet.

Forgive me for the few issues that I feel strongly about and refuse not discuss and dare speak about on a message board when asked a specific question.

I take a moderate view on abortion, gay marriage etc compared to many, yet again because I dont fully lock step with your view you take shots. It's your MO. We get it.

Not anymore. The Supreme Court just ruled against the notion of a right to privacy. And you applauded then doing so.

Sure, and I can argue the rights of LGTB people are democratic. And the right to be served by businesses that are open to the public is democratic.

But this still has nothing to do with the right to vote and have your vote counted we are talking about. Only one party is obsessed with attacking the right to vote, voter suppression, fake claims of voter fraud, trying to overturn elections, voting to ignore the results of elections ... and now we have the party leader saying he wants to "terminate" the parts of the constitution that stand in his way of being appointed dictator ... How you think the parties are even remotely comparable in this regard is a mystery to me...

As you know, I have repeatedly called that out too.
None of that makes a voter on the right have to sit on their hands if they feel their rights are in jeopardy.

I think LGBTQ people should be served by every public business. But that business can control content. And my statement of the constitution being at odds with my faith means that I believe the constitution supports those rights for both parties and as long as they dont force the church to adopt such policies (marriage) the state can do as they wish.

I mean its like you guys want an argument even though you know I have a lot of agreement with YOUR position

They will "not sit on their hands" until the actual end of democracy. That is pretty apparent. Because they continue to back folks like this that will back the end of a democratic republic in primaries around the country to avoid the possibility of losing because their ideas aren't popular.

Lol. I never said this. I simply said that people on the right will vote based on how they perceive their rights being threatened.

Have I not been clear about the danger I feel that Trump and some of his antics are?

Why didn't you quote the whole sentence??? It's because he said the massive fraud "allows for" the termination of ...

that doesn't fit with the spin you are trying to put on this, though. Good try.

So just ignore a candidate's outrageous, un-American comments, is that your point?????

If you don’t think you post
Frankly no. Im pretty underwhelmed by both the content and volume of your posts decrying the antics of Trump and the GOP these past years. As we’ve all seen there is no distance between the two.

Dude, if the catalogue is wrong, tell us you’re not a supporter, and that no one should vote for him a second time. Otherwise, your panties-in-a-was posts kind of speak for themselves.
