He'd probably be snapped right up by an Arky or a Mizery level program. Frankly, the NFL seems like a very long shot to me. As far as the USFL is concerned, I haven't the foggiest idea.
I think it’s 70/30 Torrence leaves for nfl. And, I think he would be 5-7 round pick. BUT, I wouldn’t be disappointed if he stayed. Despite what some think there is a lot of value there.
Are you smoking crack? He is a first or early second rounder. Thanks for helping the Gators this year Torrence. Take the NFL money.
Good catch. I thought he was a 2020 who played his freshman year. Pearsall was so much better than Whittemore it was obvious he couldn't get many touches. And same for Shorter and Henderson at other receiver positions. The housecleaning is in full sweep. This bowl game could have a lot of starters on special teams
Transfer portal is going to be a while lot of “depth” kids leaving and becoming depth kids somewhere else. If you couldn’t make the 2 deep on this squad at any position other than RB, good lucky somewhere else. Shoot, none of these guys even made a peep (other than blocks in the back) on special teams. I do wish them good though.
Agree....there was a noticeable drop-off vs Vandy and FSU without him out there. Not a game changer but is reliable
I always wondered why players who don't make it into the 2-deep in a year or so often want to leave for more playing time. Either work hard and battle your way to the top, or just accept your lot in life and focus on earning your fully-funded degree in whatever skill you are exceptional.
