Others have already said Darnell, and that he went to ND. Was he DC when ND played us in the Sugar Bowl?
91 season ended with notre dame in the sugar bowl. 92 Gator bowl NC state and 93 west Virginia in the sugar. All the bowl games happened in the following year obviously. 90 season we were on a bs probation and had no bowl. Edit. I think I messed this up somewhere
Nah I got it right. I forgot where the fsu sugar bowl rematch fit and I just remembered. Everything I wrote was accurate. Notre dame was our first bowl under spurrier. 94 season ended with the 5th quarter in the French quarter.
It’s going to be interesting to see if they allow any 7th year seniors (You could make a case for it a regular rs, a medical rs, Covid year). Even the ncaa has to draw the line somewhere right?
I question anyone s rationalization skills that thinks one guy has anything to do with the other or organization. Next, it must be the sec, or it must be college football players. They are all guilty by association
I would question that, too. It's not what I was saying. Assuming AR will declare, he has one thing to do and that's protect his draft status. Period. Any bad PR happening at UF further negatively impacts that, but absent that I still think he'd be foolish to play a meaningless bowl game with what would be on the line. All this coming from someone who thinks he could benefit from another year here.
It's amazing that his completely mediocre play hasn't affected his draft status but something crazy that another kid did on his team would? I'm skeptical.
It probably wouldn't. But playing in the game wouldn't help. His focus is likely singular at this point and it's don't rock the boat.
And as I have stated multiple times before....listen to the kids. Ask Jack Miller, ask Reshada, notice that DJ today all mention Coach O'Hara as a factor in their decisions. We have a QB coach beyond Napier and he is very well thought of.
FYI …Beginning to think this guy is a troll. Been on here for 3 weeks …and all negative. Some over the top.
Or, the guy who can throw it the farthest. Throw the bomb on the first play and hope a receiver gets behind their secondary. I have a fear we won’t score in this game.
