Familiar with prosecuting, this case will seem to go dormant as things progress toward a preliminary hearing, trial date or plea.

 

Throw him under the jail.

 

Usually young folk don't get into this stuff. Remember Steve Babbitt?

 

I hope he learns from his mistakes and becomes a better man for it.

 

I don’t think we can call this a mistake. An image or 2 and being young & dumb and naive could possibly be a mistake. But as more images and info keep coming out it’s looking more like a pattern. That can’t be fixed. You can’t unwire someone like that.

I agree but there are steps to take. I think saying he is suspended pending an investigation where if he did do this his scholarship is terminated. His being on the team is done and his being at the university is over.

 

I think you can have sex at those ages you can’t take pictures and distribute them. Florida I believe has a sliding age of consent a 16 year old can consent tip an 18 year old a 17 year old to a 19 year old sort of thing.

The whole thing is just incredibly sad. I wish I had another description, but that's all I can summon.

 

I personally dont think anyone with these urges can ever rehabilitate.

 

Only sinners goto church and we are all sinners, but this crime is beyond that. It’s evil.

 

Definitely doesn’t seem to fit the profile.

 

Hard to know since there aren't many avenues to seek help there. Where does someone like that go without getting scorn or reported?
