You accused me of something I did not say, I don't need to take a stand. You can deal with it.

The other part doesn't need a response because you are the perpetrator.

Now please abide by what river said and stop. I'm good.

So now Musk admits he lied… er… I mean… had a misunderstanding … and Says Apple never considered removing Twitter…

It’s sad how many people on here get worked up over disinformation…maybe Twitter should do something their disinformation problem…

“Good conversation. Among other things, we resolved the misunderstanding about Twitter potentially being removed from the App Store,” Musk tweeted. “Tim was clear that Apple never considered doing so.”

I think everyone else has you on ignore so I’ll point out no one has complained that the government should do something to Twitter like you right wing big government folks wanted. The left simply has pointed out how stupid Elon is running Twitter and some are leaving… ya know… doing whatever they want.

Under reported in this is that Musk had to go to Cook and kiss the ring. Either Cook or the EU can end his fever dreams. I suspect Elon being suitably chastised will make small moves to shore up the remaining business and exit as quickly as possible.

If he truly wants to burnish his tattered image he should donate Twitter to a group like the Poynter Institute.

Yes, I’m so sure Yellen just pulled Twitter out of her ass today and hasn’t been hearing anything from Democrats about clipping Twitter’s wings. She came up with it all by herself.

How do you know Cook didn’t send Musk a DM and invite him to Apple HQ?

Weirdly, the person pretending to be Jimmy McGill on Twitter is not correct about the app purchasing system. Shocking, I know. If there is a change to the functionality of the app due to a purchase (and getting a blue check mark would count), you need to pay Apple. While they can't prevent the button to bypass them ahead of time, they have the right to remove any app that tries that. And the company who sued them to allow this bypass paid in full to avoid that issue.

Most likely what happened is some higher ups in Apple made rumblings about Twitter (you know, like everybody on the left has) and Cook had to tell them to stand down. While I’m not impressed by Cook’s innovative ability, he has impressed me for the most part as a CEO and I could totally see him telling his staff to STFU (in a diplomatic way). There was Phil Schiller deleting his Twitter and I’m sure Musk had some reliable info before he blasted Apple on Twitter. That is the logical way to piece this together. Apple, like Facebook has some big time wokies and I’m sure Musk had some reliable info to go on. You can act like Musk is stupid all you want, but how many of us can summon a meeting with Tim Cook at the drop of a hat? I’d say Cook thinks he’s not stupid.

I doubt it. Musk was just being a drama queen again.

It's funny how you went from, like two days ago, being convinced you'd have a MuskPhone that would be greatest phone ever created, to trying to spin Musk bowing to Tim Cook and admitting he lied ... Musk needs Apple about 1000x times more than Apple needs Musk, always remember that.
