Considering that he is even more loyal to the defacto leader of the Republican Party (the insult comedian currently residing at the country club in Palm Beach) than its current Chair Lindell would be the perfect choice for Chairman.
True enough, but the fact that he even has support to throw his hat in the ring is revolting on its own.
Seriously, Lindell doesn't stand a chance. I suspect that the majority of the leadership of the party realize that the last election was a disaster. Not sure about the rank and file of the party considering that according to polls taken since the midterm election as well as those prior to the election, the majority of self-identified Republican voters would still prefer giving another shot at the presidency to the same guy that they nominated in 2016 and 2020.
8 years or so Under normal circumstances, I'd agree, but this has been the party of Donald Trump the last 8 years, so anything is possible.
