Can somebody with better eyes and better patience explain to me what we are looking at? I see a guy slap another and then run from a bigger player. Is this college? Pro? Who are these people?
It’s Syracuse versus Bryant. The game just finished… Bryant pulled the upset. The coaches… Boeheim and Grasso hate each other, so the game is chippy. In this sequence, a couple players got tangled up. Doug Edert… the famed mustache from St. Peter’s… pushed away a ‘cuse player. The player slopped him on the face. Edert slapped back, and then went into a sprinting retreat when a big cuse player pursued.
I think that could be the same Bryant player that was in the thick of it in last year's conference championship game. The Syracuse player was in the wrong (at least what's shown in the video) and probably knew this guy has a temper. PS I probably recognize the guard because he played for St Peters, not the brawl.
Lol at the coach too. He is like all those Karen *videos going viral where women just soccer dive beside parked cars claiming they got hit by the car. Because they dont like the way the driver parked *They are a thing and they are hilarious. My 12 year old showed them to me.
I'm ok with him sticking it to Boeheim though. IIRC this goes back to a Covid game that Boeheim won by 1 pt and claimed it was because of lack of practice and Grasso clapped back that his team had been quarantined and should have won.
