Yes if it becomes a hate crime the charges become federal. And Federal crimes can receive capital punishment. If the charges remain state level only Colorado does not have the death penalty so the worst he could get would be life without parole.

first off I would be fine with execution of the degenerate post haste. But to keep within context of the argument there were multiple female Swimmers who commented on Lia Thomas locker room behavior referencing his/her lack of concern and walking around sans towel with junk on full display and smiling in an alleged mocking fashion. Using your words those are hardly the actions of a ‘typical non binary person’. And follow that up with those girls told they were not permitted to disapprove and had to just accept it. seems a bit inconsistent but that’s just my opinion

 

Lia Thomas is not non-binary. Non-binary means that you aren't part of either gender. Lia Thomas is transgendered. None of that has anything to do with this case.

 

I wonder how the dirtbag father, who was so relieved to learn that his murderous son was not gay, feels about his murderous son claiming non-binary status.

 

it’s not related to this case other than the discussion between myself and another poster of the convenience of the perpetrators claim to be non binary as an effective defense. So I was making a comparison to Lia Thomas and his/her claim for a different self interest of winning NCAAs. And as I attempt in all my posts, to make a civil and cogent argument one way or the other

 

I have seen no indication that Thomas decided to switch genders, with the associated stigma and threats, to win a race. She has pretty consistently presented as a woman for quite a while and consistently (and no, being naked in a locker room is not evidence that she did not). She lost years of her college career (which was fairly promising as a male swimmer). I have seen no evidence that she ever presented as anything other than a woman after her transition.

There are no indications that this person lived as a non-binary person. His friends and family were unaware of this supposed fact. His presence online was referring to himself utilizing masculine terms.

My comment was more to the point that most non-binary people would not use a derogatory term like “faggot” when talking about homosexuals. There is every indication this kid was raised by gay hating MAGA bigots and the apple clearly didn’t fall far from the tree. There is absolutely zero indication that he identified as non-binary prior to his defense attorney saying he is. Just trying to muddy the waters after the fact with regards to motive when all indications are this was a good ole fashioned hate crime.
