The sad part about it, Golden Todd isn't even trying different players. This is crazy...what the hell's he doing?
True - but I remember that 0% standing out back in that day. It was like over a ten year period so pretty Amazing not one player accidentally graduated. I believe it was an example as to why the APR exists today.
Early in the season, west coast, third game in 4 days, new coach, lots of transfers…all great excuses. The lack of discipline and effort is alarming.
The team is obviously worn down or not as conditioned as WV which has played the same number of games over the same period. So why doesn’t Golden give Jones, Reeves, Aberdeen, Fudge, and Lane more minutes? It can’t be worse than 26 points down with a quarter of the game to go.
I tip my hat to WV. I know we are better than what we are playing, but they are playing like a well oiled machine.
Yeah, I was excited for Golden's time here. I am becoming less excited quickly. I know it is early, but quite a few of these games have not been encouraging. And basketball, with its rapid roster turnover, doesn't require long periods of time to turn around.
