Probably going to have a result similar to that of the 60 plus lawsuits filed on behalf of Trump following his loss in the 2020 presidential election.
Trump's failed efforts to overturn the election by the numbers

Sometimes a wave needs time to build up. While I agree this election was not a Red Wave. Mostly because of the Abortion issue, which was a huge misstep by the the GOP, the reasons the Dems feared a Red Wave are still there. While I agree the wave wasn't bright red, it did have a reddish glow to it. By winning the house the GOP can now finally expose the Biden Family corruption. I suspect even the main stream media will turn on Biden since no Dem's really want Biden to run again. He was always a flawed candidate that only won because of COVID, mainstream media coverup's(the Hunter Biden Laptop for example) and Trump hatred exaggerated by the main stream media.. Putting an end to Biden's long political career will be a welcome site. The problem with the Democratic Party is that hey have no quality candidates waiting in the wings and they will be much more exposed in Congressional seats in the 2024 election. Let's all enjoy 2 years of stalemate and then fix the country in 2024.

"Reddish glow." Remember, Republicans, on net, lost 2 Governor's positions (they lost Arizona, Massachusetts, and Maryland, and gained only Nevada) and might lose a Senate seat (at best, they will break even). They did not pick up a single state legislative chamber anywhere in the country (while Democrats have picked up several). And they won somewhere around 12 House seats, net. You have to really try hard to turn that into a "reddish glow."

The misstep was allowing the Dems to control the narrative. The GOP allowed the Dems to completely mischaracterize the meaning of the court ruling. I will also agree that some GOP members (Lindsey Graham) tried to take advantage of the ruling by suggesting policy changes about abortion that are not in the mainstream and thus making abortion the central issue for most Dem voters. Instead the GOP believed that Crime, Inflation, Border issues, school issues and loss of energy independence to name a few would be enough to carry the day. These were all issues that the Democratic party are way behind in the mind of the American public.

I would also suggest the GOP were not the only ones who thought they had this election in the bag, so did many Dems. The reason the Dems are so happy with the results of the election is because they thought they would get crushed. So what turned out to be a positive result for the GOP is perceived as a loss.

Places like Arizona and Nevada will always be questioned when it takes 2 weeks to get a result. The election laws much change in those states and a few others in order for candidates on both sides to just uniformly accept the results. Florida was the most challenged election by Al Gore and now they are the state that has the blue print for how elections should be run.

Excuse me how did the Dems pick up 12 house seats when they had the majority and will now be in the minority????? Keep in mind the Dems had complete control of the narrative for the last 2 years. They had the White House and Congress. Every committee formed in the house was to discredit the GOP. That will change now.

Sorry, Republicans won 12 house seats, net. Meanwhile, they lost multiple state legislatures, multiple Governor's seats, and might lose a Senate seat, net.

Arizona has (had) a Republican governor and a Republican-controlled state legislature. If they wanted to change their election laws to speed up vote counting, they had the last 2 years to do it. And the people questioning the results tend to be the Republican losers like Kari Lake.

The overall net result was that the Dems won the 2022 election when it should have been a Republican rout.

Look I get what you are saying but just because they didn't change their election laws doesn't mean they shouldn't of. No one wants to wait weeks for a result and there are many examples of losers from both sides questioning results when it takes so long to figure out a winner. I am not saying the election was fraudulent all I am saying is that it opens the door for the election to be questioned.

They did not win the House! Biden winning the Presidential election in 2020 was a direct result of the GOP only losing the house in 2018. The Dems were able to scar up Trump so much in that 2 year period (complete bogus impeachment that had no chance of being confirmed in the Senate) and 2 years of partisan committees.

I am looking forward to seeing the shoe on the other foot. Keep thinking the GOP got wiped out this election, I think you are in store for a disappointing 2 years.

Probably, so what, she will probably lose her appeal and we can all move on. I am not hopeful she will win. What I am saying is that candidates from both parties question close election results. They usually lose their appeal and we move on.

As a reminder, the Democrats won 41 seats in 2018, not 12, like Republicans won this year. Also, Democrats won 7 additional Governor seats in 2018. They didn't lose 2 like Republicans did this year.

The Senate seat in GA would be another big win for DemoncRATS. Not only will we control all Senate committees we’d be able to appoint activist judges to undo the damage of the federalist losers currently in place.

The Dems won more (governors, state legislatures, US senate) than the Repubs did (12 or so House seats, in part due to gerrymandering). 2022 was a disaster for Repubs. And the House being able to investigate a president really only works if there is stuff that is actually worth investigating (like both Trump impeachments). Sorry, 2 years of Hunter Biden investigations isn't going to help the Repubs beyond their base. It's only going to hurt them because the country wants them to actually do stuff that is good for the country and not conduct bogus investigations of political opponents.
