    He didn’t in the 3rd.

Just checked the box score, he rushed 10 times.

Let’s assume 8 of those were designed runs which I think is more than generous. Billy should double that every game with AR.

Sure. Span that out over 4 quarters, and you have 8 rushes per game, twice per quarter.

Still not nearly enough considering AR’s skillset.

AR next year will be no better than he was tonight.

    Here’s what I see:
    2 AR runs first quarter
    1 second quarter
    2 third
    5 fourth

How many would you like to see? He’s not Tebow

    You’re right, he’s not.

Tebow was a much better passer.

Here’s what I know, his strength is running the ball. He is a below average to poor passer at this level due to his lack of consistency. If you’re not going to take advantage of his legs, he’s not worth it.

1-2 rushes per quarter, then 5 times when we’re down 14 is not taking advantage of his legs.

We can agree on the inconsistency part. Just the simple misses bug the heck out of me like the forward flick to Etienne that didn’t get there and the missed throw on a check down to #8. Those are plays that move the chains

I think his running is a little deceiving. He is a upright straight line runner. To me, he just does not look right when he runs. He is not a scrambler like Travis tonight. He really doesn't run like Tebow or Cam did punishing a defense over and over. He is straight line fast and if he has a wide open lane he will take it to the house, but I would rather have that consistent run that Tebow, Cam, or even what Travis brought tonight.

Because without the consistent run causing those safeties to move up allowing the WRS to run free, he just is not accurate enough to sit back in the pocket.
