Lol, you postured as if you know enough about business to have everybody just accept your assumptions as true without evidence needed. You sold yourself as that level of expert.

Fanboy has literally nothing to do with being gay. Wow, that might be your biggest stretch on a thread filled with your stretches.

That’s not what he wrote, more than once in this thread. “Fanboi” and “fanbou”. Everybody knows what’s being said there and it’s just another example of a libbie using gay slurs to insult someone they disagree with.

If Twitter was public it would undoubtedly have a market cap of under $20B likely less than $10B. I used to consult management on EVA (economic value added) . Management creates or destroys market value as a result of the decisions they make. At its most granular level not collecting receivables aggressively destroys value for example. So musk has destroyed $25 - 35B in EV in less than a month. Setting aside the cratering of the stock if I was announced as CEO of Twitter I’m 100% sure I could do better.

His boring company is a loser and there’s absolutely nothing coming out of his neural link company either (only Musk fan bois are excited by the prospect on musk sticking a chip in their brain).

He’s had success but Twitter isn’t one.

You don’t have to be a CEO to understand that CEO’s are rarely the ones who select the individual names of who is let go in a layoff.

Well "fan bou" is a pretty obvious typo (u is right next to us on a qwerty keyboard) and fanboi is just a derivation of the first word, which has absolutely nothing to do with being gay. So yeah, ridiculous.

And you don't need to be a logician to know that arguing that is not how it is usually done is a pretty inane counter to somebody criticizing a specific event from the perspective that the way it was done is both unusual and bad makes no logical sense. No kidding it isn't usually done that way. But the point is that they are doing dumb things, not that the way that things are usually done is dumb.

i meant to type it the way I did. It has a totally innocent definition according to the authoritative source Urban Dictionary but appears to have been co-opted by Team MAGA and Team Q as a slur. It’s always projection with them.

No matter how hard you try to be right, I’ll still put my money on Musk, who has done more with far less than 99.999% of the world’s population will ever do.

Yeah, that poor Elon Musk. Born on the wrong side of the tracks with a massive fortune.

See, this is the fanboying. When you have to cover your eyes to what everybody who has any knowledge about the industry has noticed: he massively overpaid for a company that he didn't really understand and is now desperately trying to course correct before the whole thing collapses as the whole thing is careening down the road out of control. And your response is just how awesome he is and just to close your eyes and not notice what is happening. That is fanboying. Sorry, but it just is. Dude made a series of relatively major mistakes. It shouldn't be at all personally threatening to admit that.

Not true. He doesn’t know who I am. But I happily pay the $8 for a good service.

Keep posting about him. Seems he spends a good deal of time scouring the web for people talking about him. Maybe he'll invite you in.

Don’t be mad at me. I understand why you’re mad, but that should be directed at him, not me.
