I don’t disagree with your above post. Like you said, we were often in a 3rd and long situations which calls for a pass rather than a run in most cases. This added to the 400 yard performance. That is what I stated in my last post. Your original post said that if you look at the stats and not the scoreboard you would assume we won. I disagree with that because the stats that jump out at you only reflect 21 points through the air. 0 rushing touchdowns and only 45 yards on 21 carries is not enough in this conference with this defense.

 

For the record, I am not unhappy. The vibe on here seems to be that dude got processed out. Like someone else said, if that’s the case just say so. I understand that this is a business.

 

It was Vandy not your usual who's who of SEC powerhouses. 400 yards passing and 3 TD's should and has normaly always been enough to beat Vandy. If we were talking one of the premier teams in the SEC then sure but it was vandy.
