I've never forgotten what you posted on this forum when Trump first interjected himself into the primary campaign. You stated you would intentionally lie if it helped the Republican party to achieve or further its goals. You thought it justified because you believed the Democrats, or whatever you were calling the left back then, were already doing it. I find it impossible to trust someone who lies. The lies, increasing fake news reports and cowardly kowtowing of Republican 'leadership' to Trump was the ruination of the once respectable GOP. I remain a middle of the road conservative, but The GOP sailed out of my comfort zone and left me - and many more like me - adrift. Our good conservative votes now commited to sane candidates who put the well being of the nation over and above those who splinter and divide to promote their lies and immoral goals.
