A UT fan co-worker told me that their MLB got in a fight with Hooker and was suspended for the Cocks and he said the entire D was on the side of the LB. I googled it and saw one report that the LB was out due to an injury, but Heupel only said that he wasn't available. If true, sounds like a divided locker room.
Well I wasted 15 minutes researching what happened. Banks didn't travel with the team because of something that occurred during the week in the locker room. There's this 'Power T' (hard to understand a toothless Vol) on the floor and you aren't supposed to step on it and Banks did which he was called out by Hooker. Hooker basically said that it's disrespecting the team and Banks flipped him off. Not sure about the defense coming to Bank's corner. If so, Heupel should tell the entire defense to head to the portal. I know it sounds dumb, but the team logo in the locker room is like sitting on top of our Gator statue. No one would do that but Banks did.
