    Only a very short PC?
Honeymoon is over when you lose to vandy especially the way we did. Understand we have need for a rebuild and need for new players, but everything about today was poor coaching, play, and motivation or the lack thereof. This team has taken on the demeanor of this coach which is pretty stoic. You don't lose to a last place team in your conference and expect to have warm fuzzies by the fans.

All this offense needs is a facilitator at Qb. Who can make intermediate throws and a willing runner when needed. Who has a QB pedigree and situational awareness about down and distance and end of half/game. It doesnt need superman who likes to spend too much time as Clark Kent

He made 2 great 4th down throws credit given. Everything else is a coin flip

Wrong...motion makes the defense change assignments and helps identify the coverage pre-snap. Pre-snap motion happens in NFL too, so I don't know what you would think is Div II ish. It is quite effective and makes the defense have to spend time in practice to determine what to do. It is part of the reason we do have receivers open on many plays.

The hard part of the offense for me is BN has stated the QB has options on nearly every play. So, some of those quick screens are likely off of an option by the qb rather than a run, for example. Others are really easy to see, such as typical read option or RPO. For whatever reason, AR isn't that great at the read part.

Watching Clemson’s defense manhandle Miami , makes you realize just how bad our defense really is. Linebackers that can go east west north and south. Too many missed tackles all over the field. And this is why we recruited so heavy on the defensive side of the ball..

I will say what I have said under different coaches and also a different sport (basketball). The real indicator is when the players move into professional territory (pre-NIL). If the "doofuses" turn into quality pieces, it is pretty much about the coach. If they begin their new careers (like I expect Emory Jones to do) earlier than they want, then it is mainly about the players. You can't make chicken salad out of...

Our most consistent defensive player is Miller, and he may not be drafted.

Lol multiple posters with “vandy got all the calls.”

Right now, talent gap is as close as it’s ever been between these 2. A top 22 lineup out of the 44 starters would be at worst 2:1 in favor pf UF. Shepard is better than any UF receiver and Skinner is on level at worst. Orji as good as Miller.

AR is the most confusing player I can remember. He has all the tools, no idea how to use them.

They really need to show up Friday or FSU will boat race them

Mullen’s recruiting certainly left us with better talent than Vandy, though.

On a note other than AR ..
I will be interested to see on film what the deal was with the Oline today. Besides not committing to the run game, there were way too many stuffs on the 20 runs we did attempt. What were we doing when we did run it?

On the season, we were second in nation at just over 6 ypc, elite stuff. Even taking out the negative yards from the snap over the head we were at like 3 ypc today. Hard to figure.

When AR doesn’t run hard, our running game isn’t the same.

Wrong, in your opinion. So teams that don’t run a bunch of fire drill motion before the snap don’t get receivers open, okay, got it .

They had their entire D stacked there. We never ran outside.

It will be interesting to see what the sports writers say.
I don’t think it is going to be pretty.

And the other way around as well-just because some one remain positive and tries to see something good-is no reason to "attack" them either
