Supremes Attend Federalist Society Celebration

The difference between the Federalist Society and other political/legal organizations is that Federalist Society was founded by Leonard Leo in part as a direct response to Roe v. Wade and although it's entire agenda was broader its primary focus was always on overturning Roe and in fact Trump delegated the selection of his Supreme Court nominees to the Federalist Society with the understanding that Leo who select nominees to the Court committed to overturning Roe.

That is really a silly question. I think we both can agree that we want all of our judges to rule specifically and only on the law. This is where it becomes silly though, as a conservative I have a certain interpretation of the law that you may totally disagree with because of your liberal slant. This disagreement of interpretation doesn't disqualify my side or you side, it is reality. I think too often we try to think that our personal beliefs have no effect on interpretation but that is not what happens from most all judges from both sides. I would like to think that when I see a liberal judge rule a certain way, it is not just because they are liberal, it is their interpretation and same goes to the conservative side. It just so happens for the foreseeable future we have Supremes that will not always interpret the law the way you may feel they should. It does make any of them wrong perse.
