IMO some the best AR passes in his career. Terrible O plan & play calling. Our O has a low FB IQ & methinks it starts at the top

What a colossal embarassment of a loss. His play calling is monumentally awful.

Yes Billy, you definitely didn't have this team ready.

I feel like I’m back in the 1980s when a good year would be if we beat UGA or Auburn or FSU. Fantastic if we beat 2 out of 3. So disappointing!

I believe we have hired a kinder, gentler Zook. BN can recruit but has a D+ when it comes to play calling and time management. The guy simply does not inspire with his low key approach. It's a wet noodle.

What a nightmare I just woke up from. Bama ruined our perfect season and then we sucked for 13 years.

Let's cut them some slack. We lost to one of the best teams in the SEC. Well, one of the best 12 teams in the SEC.

Discipline? Check. Three turnovers by the defense (penalties on third down giving up a first down when the play was stopped). A wide receiver who didn't know where to line up, causing a 30-yard run to be called back. A defender guilty of targeting, which will cost us against FsU (the gift that keeps on giving). A defender grabbing the QB's face mask (and holding on for dear life). Missed tackles all over the place. Late hits and unnecessary roughness.

Amazing displays of skill? Check. A WR bobbling the ball into the hands of a defender. A muffed punt inside the five yard line for a Vandy TD. A ball carrier tackled by the logo. QB throws 10-20 yards beyond the WR (multiple times).

Raw power? Check. One of our best DB's holding on to the ankle of a TE and getting dragged five yards into the end zone.

I'm starting to think we might need to practice in between games.

I like our coach, I really do.
But he has no idea what he is doing in play calling, clock management. Zero.
So we are missing some receivers today? Cool. Lets run a quasi air raid attack with a running quarterback (and put zero QB design runs in there to mix it up).

I'm really not sure Napier as the OC is the problem. The offense is ranked 40th in the country/6th in the SEC.

I don't know what to think, but the offense isn't horrible...we just have some truly boneheaded plays and clock management at critical moments seemingly every game.

I don't understand why they came out throwing left and right. They didn't establish the run and AR barely ran the ball. He has huge lanes to run on the option plays and he hands it off way too much rather than keep it

BTW, I love how you guys are bitching about the lack of parity in college football and then bitch about how there’s no reason we should lose to Vandy.

If we play like this in tally it will get ugly. They won't hesitate to ruts.

We need better QB play and execution. We need clutch receivers. We need stud defenders. We need special teams coaches. We need to run around people sometimes instead of into the scrum.

Beating SCe was 'kind of' like beating Utah. It gave everyone false hope. We are officially now dating 'Hope'.

While we got out-coached, I'm not ready to dump completely on the coaches. If AR has flexibility to do what he wants and chooses not to run when he's a good running QB, that's bad decision-making, or trying protect himself. If you're making a million $ of Nil $ and not completely going for it..."NCAA, we have a problem" College ball should never be a money clip and place holder for players. If BN is complicit in that strategy, then it's on him too. Looking forward to QB change there in the future. Potential never wins games.

Can't suddenly attempt runs in the last part of the fourth Quarter and expect to make up ground. I am frustrated. But mostly because it's Vandy. Grossly unacceptable execution and effort.

Nonetheless, I appreciate the players 'attempted' effort. But we have a lot to learn in every phase of the game. And need stud players at every position.

I love the Gators, but this was hard to watch. Now I'm repeating myself. Ugh.

    Go Gators.

Execution. I’m ready to move on from AR. Still a lot of youth on this team.

I won't disagree that "something" needed to be done, it is just that AR has an "off" switch and for some reason Napier attempts to get it turned on in ways that does not seem to bear fruit in any particular game. I can't imagine AR having the light come on during aTm, have it stay on against USCe, and then have it turn back off this game. This is STILL AR's team and if he isn't on, we lose games (unless the other team loses it more). He plainly had his switch on "off" much more than he had it "on". He looked "Franks-esque", in that if his first read is correct then he looks good, but if it isn't then he doesn't.

I see Napier still trying to get some kind of "buy-in" with the team and they are still proving that they are not there.
