If I’m an NFL team, AR showed me what I wanted to know today

He finished 25 for 42 for 400 yards. And 6 or 7 drops…. AR was fine this game

NFL must have plenty of money to piss away, no other explanation.

Completing only 59% of you passes against Vanderbilt is not the definition of "fine". Vandy's defense gives up 460 yards a game and 35pts/game, the team was under on both.

The last INT was a terrible decision, and the overthrow on a wide open receiver on the 4th down play was bad. Neither really compares to throwing the ball completely out of the back of the endzone on the last play of the game, when you have the chance to tie.

Easy drops hurt his completion percentage, his on target % was fine this game. And he made a ton of super tough throws. He had bad plays but he was easily the best player on our team.

The INT was obviously not his fault

You're right, making a risky throw into coverage while being dragged down by multiple defenders is totally not AR's fault. At all.

You do realize it was picked off because our WR bounced it up in the air? The throw itself wasn’t remotely close to a defender

I thought he looked pretty good today. I am confident in him.

Lol, you clearly have no objectivity when it comes to AR.

Its 3rd a 10 on the Vandy 24, end of the 3rd quarter. Take the sack, and you punt the ball away...at least you give the defense a chance. Instead, Richardson forces a bad pass that in no way will pick up a 1st down, which then forces the receiver to attempt a low probability circus catch with a defender right behind him. What was the result? Vandy goes into the 4th with a 28-12 lead.

Raw talent. He would be a project if an nfl team wants to gamble on him.

If you take off O&B glasses, it’s evident he needs another year. Buy, that being said, the NFL drafts off potential.

This game actually may be a blessing in disguise, maybe it forces AR to realize he needs much more development...and stays one more year.

Kinda pulling for him to go, not sure what he lacks can be taught and especially in one season.

I'm not so sure it's as much teaching as it is experience.

...and hopefully BN brings in a competent o coordinator and QB coach.

The guy that beat out AR for QB last year isn't even starting for 3-7 Arizona State.

He threw for 400 yards…eye of the beholder situation. Not disagreeing with you just saying.

I think many will whisk by this as the implications are disturbing.

He threw for 400 yards against a team that gives up over 300 yards in the air a game...the only reason that number isn't significantly higher is most of the top QB's Vandy has played were on the bench in the 3rd quarter.

Besides, how many of those yards were while Vandy was in soft coverage and up 2+ scores?

Easier to blame AR than someone who can’t move on after this year.
