Damn it, USCE game got me all excited.

It's a first year, new program with a high variance inconsistent qb, and inconsistent play at every position except rb. You guys are insufferable.

 

We can’t say the bad coaching is due to 1st year. Some things take time but clock management and scheme does not.

Look at TCU…. They are extremely well coached

 

The OP's statement is a bit premature and filled with emotion, but if you look at this season objectively, there is cause for concern.

 

This game was meaningless and unfortunately, the players knew it.

 

OP is just expressing an opinion shared by a lot of people. Nothing wrong with that, imo. I'm not ready to fire him yet, but Napier looked like a complete amateur today.

 

Too soon for Napier, but I am a starting to think Stricklin is the problem!

This was a trap game between last home game and a rivalry game. Our OL lost the LOS and played poorly. We aren't at a point to overcome multiple self-inflicted mistakes.

 

Strickland wasn't coaching today.

Napier got punked by vandy.

 

Hell, Smart lost to Vandy his first year at Georgia...

 

Let it play out. It is year one, with terrible talent and coaches blunders. He is not going anywhere for the next 5 years.

We were terrible last year and we have improved a bit this year. Unfortunately, from players to coaches they are in a learning process.

 

LOL, this is why there needs to be a 24 hour post rule for some posters after games. The team has gotten better. They aren’t to where we can overcome dropped punts for TD’s, 4 penalties on 3rd downs sustaining Vandy drives, Houdini interception and multiple dropped balls. We are getting there and recruiting is on fire. If you don’t see it, nothing will change your your mind. Go root for Alabama!

 

It’s not about losing. It’s about amateur level play calling and non existent clock management.

 

That all depends on how the lesser sports do and how we finish in the All Sports rankings. That after all is what matters most in our admin's quest to be the Stanford of the South.

He will improve too.

We do not have terrible talent. We are more talented than Vandy at every position and Kentucky at 90% of positions

 

No AD at a big-time program survives two failed football hires in a row.

If you don’t believe me look at Auburn. Fired Malzahn, then he was canned along with Harsin. Can’t call Chizik a failed hire when he won a NC.

Look at all the fired ADs in the past 15 years. Most have in their resume two failed football hires in a row.

 

It's year one but there are a lot of things to be concerned about. Oh well. I guess we'll just have to ride this wave.

 

You do realize AR has options on nearly every single play in this offense, right? I am not sure why he chose to not keep a few times. Plus, losing LOS makes all calls look bad.
