Actually, there was a Red Wave. Total numbers, across all categories, with striking Blue to Red shifts, Senate/House/Governor, especially Senate. But for some reason the Micro didn’t match the Macro. It just rippled in a handful of key areas.

For all those that complain about how long it took to count votes in AZ or Nev, take a look at Alaska. It's been almost 2 weeks and they are at 87%. And it's not like they have a lot of count ... about 260,000 counted so far ... What's the deal with that?

Is this your idea of a Red Wave?
Democrats make big gains in state legislatures after beating expectations
    Or more specifically in Michigan
How Michigan Democrats took control for the first time in decades
    Or Pennsylvania
Democrats narrowly win control of PA State House

Remember, two drink minimums, try the veal and don’t forget to tip your waitresses. Biden slaying standup. Kind of.

The AG is refusing to sign off on the AZ election until they get a report of what happened with the machines in Maricopa. They will almost surely try and use that report to justify some idiotic attempt to take the election away from Hobbs.
It’s just sad what much of the Republican Party has become. It’s like a living Escher painting. Run a bad candidate, lose, claim fraud, run an even mor extreme candidate the next time in anger so that the loss and the fraud cries become a self fulfilling prophecy, rinse and repeat. And wind up right back where were, losing elections and whining about it.

Equally shameful. I would say third world. Only the third world gets its votes counted in a timely matter.

Seems Alaska could figure out a way to count ranked choice votes at the same time as it counts the votes at the top of the ballot.

Was ranked choice the reason for the slow down? Just thought it was odd it said 87% after almost 2 weeks, and so few ballots to count.

It took NYC about a month to name a mayor. It seems to be a function of ranked choice voting.
