Gulfport is the second largest city behind the capitol, Jackson. I was flown into Gulfport once to help a friend who had a side hustle selling biker swag at Biker events. I had a blast...fun people to be around!
Our record against Mississippi State is 34-19-2 Our record against Ole Miss is now at 12-12-1 (after beating them 51-35 in 2020) I like every state we have an edge on.
I hear the Grove is a thing to check out. Aside from that they are a buffer between Alabama and Louisiana.
Like @sierragator said, it has The Grove (at Ole Miss) . . . where I enjoyed many tailgates as a teenager. My cousins went there.
