But out in those lilly white rural areas, where there’s less partisanship and more integrity, only there is the count pure? Come on dude! You’re insulting poll workers without a shred of evidence. The SLS (Sore Loser Syndrome) of the Trumpanzees is shameful.
I wasn’t challenging any poll worker integrity or indicating I thought something was afoul. I was simply pointing out the facts. These areas that take several days to count almost always trend Democratic. Do you disagree? I’m not suggesting any foul play in that. It’s just what seems to happen. Media and GOP need to start accounting for this when they are making their Wednesday morning projections. That is all. Not sure why you took my post any different. Disappointed you had to inject race for any reason and not sure why you would.
Then I apologize for misinterpreting your post. This is what kept out at me: “That could easily be a product of urban centers hand-counting ballots. In any case, GOP operatives are going to have to begin adjusting to this dynamic.” That struck me as an assertion poll workers were cheating. I accept your assertion that wasn’t your intent.
Come on, man. The "urban centers" always lean blue and get 10s of thousands, if not 100s of thousands, of mail ins that have to be post mark and signature verified, opened, and tallied ... all while poll watchers from both parties look on. And of course when you have 10s of thousands of mail ins that lean blue, it's going to change tight races. I pointed out that the NYT needle predicted a slim Dem Senate win in Nevada early Wednesday based on the raw data, so a Nevada win for the dems fits the data that was available on election night. I don't think the NYT needle has ever been wrong ...
Yes, @Orange_and_Bluke , Waker is an idiot. Even worse he’s an untrustworthy liar that has repeatedly made false claims about his academic achievements. He claimed he graduated in the top 1% at UGA despite 1) not even graduating, and 2) previously stated he had a B average before his grades dropped off. He’s also claimed to have graduated as valedictorian from HS which isn’t true. He’s lied about his businesses. Women, abortion, secret children, etc.
He loves him some Karen Lake because she’s female Trump. Don’t worry, when she loses, I’m sure she’ll request to speak the the manager. She already has the dike suburbia housewife haircut down.
Don’t forget he also lied about being a cop or in law enforcement. Trumpers like Bluke see this guy though and go, nailed it, that’s who I want working in the senate for my country. Lol.
Nope. Was not inferring cheating. It makes sense actually that populated urban centers would have a much higher ratio of paper ballots to poll workers, thus the longer wait time for results. I get it. More people are voting nowadays and workers are not able to count all these votes as quickly as they did in years past. Main point of my post is GOP needs to pull collective heads out of ass and realize this is a thing and act accordingly. More specifically, they never should have assumed a Laxalt victory. Not after having more than 48 hours to analyze the outstanding vote data.
Why are you saying “come on, man”? I’m not disagreeing with you in my previous post. That was the point I’m making. GOP needs to wake up to this. They’re obviously missing it badly. They should have a better handle on this. Ditto media.
I’m not a fan of either (though I did vote for them to keep Trump out of office). That being said, I’m more than happy to put either of their IQs up against yours. I bet you have Let’s Go Brandon and FJB bumper stickers on your car.
There have been a lot of claims of untoward activities in urban voting because it hasn’t broken the Republican’s way. I think you’re just getting caught in the wash of prior exchanges on the topic.
Gotcha. Yeah, I think this is a combination of higher vote turnout and more competitive races in general. Also, the needle on the Senate is very close to 50/50 recently, so these races that seem to take forever are more at the forefront in the media and our minds, because they carry more impact as to who is in the majority. In 2016, Dem polling was way off. I recall when Bernie won Michigan, most polls had Hillary winning by 30+. Now the tide has turned and it’s the GOP who are missing the mark on polling and projections.
Alright, I misread your post and took it as another post casting doubt on the validity of these counties that take longer to count votes. My bad. I apologize.
Does that also apply in Arizona where Kari Lake may very well win the governorship based on late counted votes after being behind in the vote count since Tuesday? Just asking.
Lake is Q’s ticket to “legitimacy.” Trump just repeats the points he can’t be bothered to understand. She’s a true believer. Prepare for multiple Thanksgivings of Uncle Rage explaining the chemical significance of adrenochrome.
