I 100% agree with you, in that, we are all Marcus Stokes fans... or should be. I think we needed two QBs this class because after Kitna- who is not a proven commodity yet- who do we have? I hope Stokes stays and I'm not as high on Rashada as some... Not because I'm a QB expert, but because he left us once, for money. Lets see if he sticks. If so, and Marcus stays, we have two QBs. If Rashada leave, we have Stokes. It's now a win-win.
I feel very much the same AFCyberGator and had those same thoughts about Stokes, but I also believe we need insurance at the QB position. Taking two QB’s this cycle is likely a priority with CBN and knowing the kind of communicator he seems to be I’ll bet he has let Stokes know in advance that another QB might be coming.
With NIL and unlimited free agency, I don’t look at the roster until the team runs on the field for a game. Especially recruiting. Seems every year a couple of recruits say they’re going to UF then switch to scUM and especially F$U on signing day.
Idk, personally I think the var should be higher, like not talking badly about children because we're not POS people. The influence on recruiting shouldn't even be on the radar. It's like advising people only to beat their dogs inside so the cops won't get called rather than just not beat their dog.b If someone is talking badly about children they should be shamed right off a forum of adults anyway.
