    In Gator Country cover story:

Will Richard was my MVP of the night. Richard played efficient basketball, scoring 14 points on just five shots. He was 2-3 from the three-point line as well. Richard led the Gators with a plus/minus of +27.

Where can we find the game plus/minus stats?

The NBA features it extensively in their box scores and commentary, but neither ESPN nor Floridagators.com offers it.

Golden completely downplayed the +/- before the game. Said sample size is too small and other matchups on the floor may skew it. That said, Richard is a dude who played under control and super efficiently.

Back eons ago, a girl in her 20s was a friend of mine. She had married right out of high school which lasted a year. Then married right out of college which lasted a couple of years. Now about 28 she got engaged. She came over and told me (we were just buddies). I had a Victor calculator and told her to wait. I got it out and played some numbers then said, "Do you realize that by the time you are 50 you will be married 10 times?" She started crying. She is still married to #3 some 40+ years later. I still feel bad about my rude comment.

Great story. Don’t feel bad. You probably made her tough it out cuz the thought of continuing on that path was no good.
