    My daughter goes to Gulf Coast and has become a hoops (and hockey) fan.

    FGCU’s girl’s teams -Basketball, soccer, and softball are excellent. Some great coaches.

    Interesting. I'm not familiar with the hockey culture down south, other than the Lightning. Up here in hockey country, some of the smaller universities play DI and host great teams, which compete with Michigan, OSU, MN, etc.
