I sympathize with anyone who’s sick. In my lifetime I’ve been sick more times than I can count.

But one bizarre outgrowth, of the going mass-psychosis, is the seeming perception that no one got sick prior to March 2020.

Anywhere where anyone has a sniffle. Anywhere where anyone had a cough. Anywhere where anyone had a fever.

    Agreed.

It is really hard to sympathize with those that still peddle the nonsense. It was hard enough in the beginning when they just ignored science and said jab everyone. But the ones that to this day say jab everyone kids included I just have a hard time sympathizing with.

We have caused generational damage to kids. To the practice of medicine. To families. And some refuse to acknowledge it and apologize for their support of it.

In any case, the United States is hardly alone in seeing a large and so far unexplained spike in deaths in 2022.

Countries from Germany to Australia to Taiwan are seeing similar trends.

They all have something in common. No points for guessing what.

The funeral business is booming. And not because of Covid

. This is how you follow up @lacuna’s post about her hospitalization and blood clot? And her husband being sick? Despite the overwhelming numbers that show that vaccines protected against severe illness and hospitalization, you just keep speeding these falsehoods. Those who need to apologize are those who spread the disinformation so prevalent in your posting. And others here. People believed the lies and ended up unnecessarily in the hospital. Or dead. Shame on them. The lies killed people. And ruined lives.

The Epoch Times. The science has been overwhelming. You have chosen to spread falsehood.

    ???

What does the unfortunate reality that lacuna and Tucker are unfortunately dealing with Covid right now have to do with the reality we ignored science from the beginning. We ignored natural immunity. We do to this day. We continue to not allow non US Citizens into this country even if they have had Covid multiple times for that matter because they have not taken a shot…a shot that does not stop the spread of Covid.

I wish lacuna and Tucker a speedy recovery. And thanks to the fact we went with a one size fits all approach. Which was not correct approach. Now it is about impossible to get good data and studies on things. This person has two shots. This person has one shot. This person has 4 shots. This person has x number of shots and had Covid variant y. This person has x number of shots and Covid multiple times.

You have a chance to get a blood clot by taking the shot. You have a chance to get a blood clot when/if you get Covid. The shot is what it is. I would have recommended it early on to those in high risk groups.

Now…I would not recommend it. But that does not mean someone should not take it. It is quite clear the doctors on the front lines are not pushing these shots anymore. The bivalent booster is just not being sought by many people at all.

I don't post in this thread much anymore, but what I see is the people who overreacted to Covid(wanted lockdowns, school closures, forced vaxxing, masks, forced kid vaxxing) don't think they were wrong, are not sorry at all and would do it again. That's my issue.

My wife became one of the last human beings on Earth to get Covid for the first time. Got it at a conference in Vegas 2 weeks ago but she said the food poisoning a day earlier was far worse. I looked up Covid symptoms and I couldn't find any symptoms that mirrors food poisoning. But her Covid symptoms were very minor. She did stay in the guest bedroom and her #1 symptom was a bad cough. No fever, no loss of smell or taste. A small headache. I never got it so the distancing worked.

Got a UAB ex-associate who works in immunology and she says vaccines are pointless. It's their greatest fear, variants that are completely resistant to the vaccine. I asked her what she thinks caused it and her answer was "this is so new that we as researchers only see the tip of the iceberg. It's very possible the global rollout of vaccines and boosters lead Covid to mutate in people who were vaccinated and learn how to bypass the vaccine. Much like how bacteria learned how to bypass overuse of antibiotics and antibacterial soaps and cleansers." The best she feels we may fight this is to create billions of new vaccines for each variant but it would be extremely expensive and she isn't sure humankind can keep up. We are a slow race and Covid is the Flash.

2020: “There’s a deadly pathogen afoot. Shut up!”

2021: “Take your vaccine and shut up!”

2022: “Vaccinated people keep getting sick. Don’t talk about it and shut up!”

Overreacted? COVID quickly became the third leading cause of death in the US. The next two top causes of death on the list that are caused by communicable pathogens (flu plus pneumonia), only account for 1/6 as many deaths as COVID do on an average year. How many more deaths would there have been had we not "overreacted?"
